Creating the Clarify for Knowledge Documents folder
Clarify for Knowledge stores the following files in a Clarify_for_Knowledge folder inside of Documents:
- Clarify source files
- Source images used while editing a Clarify source file
- Public images that are displayed in the finished article
You must create this folder so that Clarify can use it.
Navigate to the Documents tab
Create a new folder
Name the folder
The Folder Unique Name must be named Clarify_for_Knowledge.
